200g pack in sea water. Kelp is our foraged coastal giant used in oriental Cuisine it has historically been used to add Unami flavour to broths and traditional dishes like dashi. As with all of our fresh seaweed this is supplied in raw sea water collected at the same time as the seaweed this prolongs shelf life and ensures the best possible freshness on delivery Hand foraged on the south west coasts you can bring the taste of the sea to your plate.
